Do you Ship?
Yes, we ship anywhere within the United States. Please contact us for estimated shipping cost. We compare pricing with all carriers.
Where do you ship from?
Our products ship directly from our warehouse in Southern Michigan (United States).
Do you wholesale?
Yes, Our minimum order amount is $500. Please contact us for further information.
How can I pay if I don't have a credit card?
We prefer payment by credit card, but if you don't have one, please indicate during checkout that you will call us with a method of payment.
Will I be notified about out-of-stock products?
We do not automatically notify you of items that are out of stock. If you do wish to be notified of this, please indicate so during the checkout process.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We will send an email to the primary email address that contains a copy of your invoice and the tracking number for your shipment.
When will you charge my card?
Once our warehouse verifies which products we have in stock, and how they are packaged, we will calculate the shipping charges, and charge your card for the total. If you would like to be notified of the shipping cost before we charge your card, please indicate that when order is placed.
Will shipping time change close to the holidays?
The holidays are busy times for almost all businesses, including our carriers. Please allow for 2 - 3 days of extra time around the holidays to ensure your products still arrive when you need them to.
Will out of stock items be returning?
